Terry Heath
Terry Heath is a design consultant with over 30 years of experience leading complex interdisciplinary projects. In 2003, Terry founded Seren, one of the world's first specialist service design consultancies, which was sold to EY in 2017. Since then, Terry has supported business owners as a mentor and non-executive director and has begun the process of redefining his consultancy practice.
