Castle Bookshop
Castle Bookshop has a regular programme of talks by authors with local and wider connections. In summer these are held in the recently created garden behind the shop. It is truly a secret garden as until two years ago nobody had set foot in it for over thirty years.
The shop has now acquired a small outdoor auditorium suitable for small events such as readings with a covered area which can be used in the event of rain.
At other times events are held in other venues — please see individual events for details.
Events usually include opportunities to meet the author and book signing.
